I heard mention of a depleted Everton side.
Coleman injured and Richarlison suspended. That it?
I’d take a point now but we need a massive increase in effort and energy all over the pitch.
We have been comfortably the worst team in the division so far.
Even Huddersfield looked better than us yesterday , very unfortunate vs Crystal Zaha.

We should win against a deleted Everton side, so long as we win the toss.
We need to time our winning goal for the last minute, though, otherwise the match will be abandoned due to lack of Everton players to kick off.

Today’s game is massive. I think MP will get it right but another comprehensive defeat today would pile huge pressure on him.
On the other hand 3 points today and it sets us up to have a crack at Chelsea

£100mn and a hitherto successful manager, and things get worse.
Either we need to spend £100bn, poach last seasons' Premiership-winning manager and then, the day before season kicks off, the remaining Premiership managers as his 18 assistants.
Or hire REALGSA and spend nothing.

Things have got worse because the players he kept to help get the many NEW players he brought in bedded in have been utter shit, and not set the standard or work rate required, instead they've ambled about or just not been good enough or fast enough.
We have at the club before he arrived too many lacklustre players due to terrible investment by the board previously.
